Our founder, Marine veteran Matt McSwain, has dedicated his life to providing unmatched passion for his country, family, faith, motorsports and aviation business ventures, customers, and community. Those combined passions fueled Matt’s purpose to found Operation Helo and its partnership with Operation Airdrop to provide assistance to neighbors affected by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina and beyond in 2024.
There, Matt witnessed firsthand the capability of the Robinson products to provide life-saving aid. Adding in a personal relationship with Robinson’s president, David Smith, and his willingness to provide whatever it took to keep his ships in the fight, Matt knew he wanted to be a part of that type of commitment.
